Refund policy

Exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Local vendor items, fashion (clothing & jewelry), home fragrance (candles, oils, room sprays, potpourri, etc), battery candles, sale items, or items purchased as part of a sales promotion are Final Sale. No price adjustments.

Eligible exchanges may be made in person at Spruce Park Ranch or via mail/courier. Spruce Park Ranch is not responsible for return shipping fees.

We have a 14-day return policy for exchange or store credit only, which means the following:

• In Store purchase - 14 Days from the date of purchase
• Local Pick Up - 14 days from the date of placing online order
• Shipping - 14 days after package has been delivered. The tracking number provides the date the package was delivered. We are not responsible for packages not picked up or stolen.
• Spruce Park Ranch is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at orders@spruceparkranch.com. Spruce Park Ranch is not responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Local pick orders will be held for a maximum of 6 months. After multiple attempts to contact the purchaser regarding pick up, the orders will then be donated, and may be donated without notice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such local vendors items, fashion, jewelry, custom orders, home fragrance (candles, oils, room sprays, potpourri, etc), battery candles, personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

No exchanges/returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase with a provided Gift Card for the new item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are for store credit only
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued a store credit, which may be used for future orders in store or online. Please allow 5-7 business days once the item has been approved to received your store credit.

Price Adjustments
No price adjustments. Current sales, promotions, or discount codes are made public on social media, email, and on our online store. Exclusive discounts may apply to email subscribers only. We are not responsible for users missing discount codes or incorrectly entered/completed promotions for online orders.

Shipping
Free shipping is only available for Alberta, Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs, import, duty, tariffs, or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address being inputted at the time of ordering. If an item needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address, customer not picking packages up in time, or not being available to sign, we are not responsible for the additional shipping fees. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping or general shipping. Certain postal codes/zones may not be eligible for free shipping or courier service. NOTE: Not all items are available for shipping. If your only option at checkout is pickup, one or more of the items in your cart are not available for shipping.
