Shipping and Return Policy

Exchange In Store or Online Store Credit only.  Local vendor consignment items, fashion, and sale items or item purchased as part of a sales promotion are Final Sale. No Refunds.

Eligible Returns/Exchanges may be made in person at Spruce Park Ranch or via mail. Spruce Park Ranch is not responsible for return shipping fees.

We have a 14-day return policy for exchange or store credit only, which means the following:

  • Local Pick Up - you have 14 days from the date of placing your online
  • Shipping - you have 14 days after your package has been delivered. The tracking number provides the date the package was delivered. We are not responsible if the package is not picked up or stolen.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@spruceparkranch.com. Spruce Park Ranch is not responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping are nonrefundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Local pick orders will be held for a maximum of 6 months. After multiple attempts to contact to purchaser regarding pick up, the orders will then be donated, and may be donated without notice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such local consignment vendors, custom orders, fashion/jewelery, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase with a provided Gift Card for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be issued a store credit, which may be used for future orders in store or online. Please allow 5-7 business days once the item has been approved to received your store credit.

Price Adjustments
No price adjustments. Current sales, promotions, or discount codes are made public on social media, email, and on our online store. Exclusive discounts may apply to email subscribers only. 

Shipping
Free shipping is not available for NT, YT, NV, PEI or the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for returned packaged due to an incorrect address being inputted at the time of ordering. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping. Certain postal codes may not be eligible for free shipping. NOTE: Not all items are available for shipping. If your only option at checkout is pickup, one or more of the items in your cart are not available for shipping.
